A multi-client platform under regulatory constraint
A community contest platform, in service today. Each client organisation gets its own isolated space: its contests, its entrants, its rules and its data never cross another's.
Many organisations keep their community alive through contests: a photo, a recipe, a creation. All of it is done by hand. Entries arrive in disorder, votes are counted on the fly, and the ranking has to be announced in a way nobody can dispute.
It is repetitive, the smallest counting error is public, and every organisation has its own rules.
The full cycle runs unattended: entries are submitted, voting opens and closes on the planned dates, the ranking is published automatically. A web dashboard lets the organisers follow and administer their contests.
The platform is distributed on Discord, a community organisation tool, which verifies the publisher's identity and the data access it requests. The monthly subscription is collected by the host platform, acting as the seller.
This is where a demo and a product that actually runs part ways. A platform that hosts content submitted by third parties and processes their personal data answers to real obligations.
Submitted content is screened at two levels before publication, with no human intervention.
Everyone exports or deletes their own data themselves, without writing to a support desk.
Data and files stay stored within the European Union.
Interface, notifications and contractual documents in French as well as English.
Every change ships to production automatically, database structure included.
A written procedure says who does what, so a response is never improvised.
Running a product yourself imposes a discipline that a project delivered and forgotten never does: it has to work every day, take payments, and stand up to a regulator as much as to a platform publisher. That is our test bench: the methods we apply at your place, we put through their paces here first.
Fast, clean, maintainable websites and applications, from a brochure site to a business tool.
